- 大豆异黄酮具有预防和治疗妇女更年期综合征、心血管疾病和骨质疏松症等多种生物学活性,并对多种肿瘤如乳腺癌、前列腺癌结肠癌等具有预防和抑制作用。但作为一种重要的植物雌激素,近年来其毒理学作用尤其是对遗传物质以及人类生长发育的影响受到了广泛的关注。文章介绍了大豆异黄酮的重要生物活性并着重综述了大豆异黄酮的毒理学研究进展。
- Abstract:
- Soy isoflavones have important physiological function in reducing the occurrence of cancer,including mammary cancer,prostate cancer,and colon carcinoma.While as a major phytoestrogen exposed to human,soy isoflavones’ genetoxic toxicity especially the growth and development toxicity was widely concerned.The progress on the study of soy isoflavones physiological function especially toxicity were summarized in this paper.
