- 查尔酮合酶(Chalcone synthase,CHS)与查尔酮异构酶(Chalcone isomerase,CHI)是异黄酮合成途径中的两个关键酶,它们在植物中的表达效率直接影响到异黄酮的产量。本文综述了植物CHS、CHI的功能、特性、基因结构、进化以及基因表达调控等方面研究的新进展,并对CHS、CHI研究的应用前景进行了展望,在此基础上提出了从根本上提高异黄酮产量的可行途径以及一些亟代解决的问题。
- Abstract:
- Chalcone synthase(CHS) and Chalcone isomerase(CHI) are the key enzymes in isoflavones synthesize,and variation of their expression might affect the content of isoflavones.The function,character,gene structure,gene evolution and expression control of CHS and CHI were summarized in this paper.The application foreground of CHS and CHI were also prospected,and the means to increase isoflavones were advised.
