- 选取东北三省和长江流域广泛种植的十个主栽春夏大豆品种, 在含有2 , 4 -D(40mg/L)的MsB 培养基上培养四周后, 转至含有2 , 4 -D(20mg/L)的MsB 培养基上再培养四周, 调查出愈率和出胚率, 分析百粒重和生育期等农艺性状对体细胞再生的影响。结果发现百粒重和取材大小对幼胚外植体再生有极显著的影响, 二者呈极显著的正相关(r =0 .989593);生育期和取材时间对幼胚外植体再生也有极显著的影响, 二者呈极显著的正相关(r =0 .964764)。因而对于不同基因型的大豆, 最适取材范围应视其各个性状的不同而有一定的变化, 并且可以通过品种的百粒重和生育期来预期幼胚的最适取材大小和取材时间。
- Abstract:
- In this article , much work has been done for study ing the strain of soybean , totally including 10 v arietiesf rom the three provinces of north -east China and Yangt ze river area .Somatic embryogenesis w as inducedby immature co tyledons in Ms medium containing 2 , 4 -D(40mg/ L)for four w eeks and then t ransferred to theMs medium containing 2 , 4 -D(20mg/L)for another four weeks .The relat ionship of ag ronomic characters andfrequency of callus and somatic embtyogenesis was studied .The result showed that the 100 -seed weig ht is significant positively correlated w ith the size of the explant (r =0 .989593), and the effect of them to the embry ogenesisare all significant .The effect of growing stage and the time of the choice of explant is sig nificant also ,and the correlation between them is significant posi tively (r =0 .964764).The scope in the choice of explant canbe decided acco rding to the ag ronomic characters of different genotype soybeans.
