- 通过1999 -2000 年黑龙江省内五个不同生态区主栽73 个大豆品种蛋白质、脂肪含量的分析结果表明:大豆蛋白质、脂肪含量, 除受品种本身内遗传基因控制外, 生态环境因素(纬度、温度、降雨等)对其有一定的影响。不同生态地理区域间, 蛋白质、脂肪含量有差异, 不同年度间蛋白质、脂肪含量有差异。就黑龙江省五个生态区栽培大豆品种蛋白质含量以安达、佳木斯最高, 含量为41 .42 %、41 .33 %, 脂肪含量以哈尔滨最高, 含量为21 .24 %, 蛋白质含量与纬度、温度、降雨相关不明显, 脂肪含量与纬度、降水量呈显著的负相关, 与温度呈显著的正相关。
- Abstract:
- Seventy -three major soybean varieties f rom f ive different ecological areas of Heilong jiang provincew ere studied for their protein and fat content f rom 1999 to 2000 .The results show ed that the protein and fatcontent w ere not only cont rolled by their genetic factors but also affected by ecogeog raphic envi roment andconditions (such as lat itude , temperature and total rain).There w as dif ferent pro tein and fat content in dif ferentecogeog raphic envi roment s and years .Protein content w as highest (41 .42 %, 41 .33 %)in Anda and Jiamusi ofHeilong jiang province and fat content w as highest (21 .24 %)in Harbin of Heilongjiang province f rom majorsoybean varieties in five ecological areas of Heilong jiang province .The correlation betw een protein content andlatitude , temperature , to tal rain was not significant .There w as negative co rrelation betw een fat content andlatitude , total rain .There w as high postive sig nificant correlation betw een fat content and temperature .
