高温/渗透双重胁迫对大豆某些生理反应具累加效应的初报

- 对“吉林27号”和“白农6号”大豆幼苗进行了单纯高温、渗透和高温与渗透双重处理。发现三种胁迫处理均导致两品种幼苗叶片相对含水量下降,相对电导率和丙二醛( MDA)含量升高。高温/渗透双重胁迫对含水量影响、对质膜透性和膜脂过氧化损伤近似于两单项胁迫效应之和。此外,胁迫作用可诱导两品种超氧物歧化酶( SO D)活性升高,使“白农6号”过氧化氢酶( CAT)活性上升。胁迫处理使“吉林27号” CAT活性降低。
- Abstract:
- The seedlings of two so ybean cultiv ars " Ji lin 27" and "Baino ng 6" w ere ex posed to high temperatureor /a nd osmo tic co ndi tions. Under st resses, the relative w ater co ntent (% ) of the st ressed leav es decreased.The leakag e o f electrolytes (% ) and MDA co ntent of the st ressed leav es increased. Ef fect o f doublest resses of hig h tempera ture and osmo tic st ress on soy bean leav es w as approximately the sum of thatunder tw o single st resses. In addi tio n, SOD activ ities of "Baino ng 6" , and CAT activi ties of " Jilin 27" increasedunder st ress co ndi tio ns. But CA T activi ties of " Jilin 27" declines.
