- 本文对大豆疫霉菌( Phy tophthora sojae )的15个菌株及其它7种疫霉的8个菌株进行了4种同工酶电泳比较研究。结果表明,大豆疫霉菌种内菌株间4种同工酶基本一致。疫霉属种间酯酶( EST)和超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)酶谱存在明显差异,表现为酶带的多少和Rf 值的不同; 淀粉酶( DIA)和过氧化氢酶( CAT)同工酶酶谱差异不很明显,与某些疫霉种酶谱相似,只表现为酶带强度上的差异。本文首次报道了大豆疫霉菌的SO D、CAT和DIA同工酶,并指出EST和SOD同工酶在P . sojae种的鉴定上具有重要意义,为P. sojae种的鉴定提供一个辅助性手段。
- Abstract:
- Polyacrylamicide g el elect ropho retic analysis o f i so zymes of 15 st rains o f P. sojae and 8 st rainso f sev en o ther Ph ytophthora species w as studied. The result s show higher similari ties betw een 15 st rainsf rom P. sojae in four iso zyme zymog rams. There a re no ma rked di fferences o f DIA a nd CAT zymog ramsbetw een P. sojae and sev en o ther Ph ytophthora species. Marked dif ferences o f EST and SOD zymog rams among P. so jae a nd sev en o ther Ph ytophthora species indica te that ES T and SOD i so zyme are useful and reliablesupplementary tool s fo r identificatio n of P. sojae.
