- 大豆硬实种子与正常种子在室温下保存,正常种子2年左右的时间即失去生命力,硬实种子保存4年发芽率仍在90%以上。硬实种子的后代与正常种子后代性状一致,说明硬实种子未发生遗传变异。这就使硬实种子在大豆种质保存中应用成为可能。
- Abstract:
- Impervious soybean seed ( soybean hard seed) and o rdinary soy bean seed w ere storedunder room temperature. The results showed tha t ordinary soybean seed died within tw oy ears, the germination rate of impervious soybean seed that had been stored fo r four yearsw as above 90% . The characters of is off springs of impervious soy bean seeds w ere coincidentw ith that of the of fspring of ordinary soy bean seeds. The result show ed that imperv ious soybeanseed did not take place genetic v ariation. It is possible to use impervious soy bean seed topreserve soybean g ermplasm.
