摘要:
SSR标记( Simple Sequence Repeat )具有均匀、随机、广泛地分布于大豆基因组,比RFLP及RAPD分子标记具多态性,呈孟德尔式遗传,共显性等特点。这一标记目前已广泛地应用于大豆分子遗传图谱构建,分子标记辅助选择,遗传多样性及遗传距离分析,品种鉴别等。随着新的SSR标记的面世,遗传图谱更为饱和,这一标记的应用将更具前景。本文介绍了制作SSR标记的过程,概述了SSR在大豆上的应用进展。
Abstract:
Simple sequence repeat ( SSR) ma rker i s highly polymo rphic in soybea n tha n o thermolecular markers such as RFLP, RAPD due to i ts hig h mutation rate and abundancew ith an ev en and random dist ributio n in soy bean g enome. It is codomina nt a nd follow sMendelian inheri tance. All these allow the widely application o f the marker to genomemapping , marker assisted selection a nd DN A fing erprinting etc, in soy bean. A pro tocalto dev elope SSR ma rker in soy bean as w ell as ex amples of the applica tion of SSR markerin soybea n is review ed.
