- 两种除草剂中,地乐胺( dibut ralin)可降低大豆幼苗根腐病的发生,而乙草胺( acetochlo r)可加重大豆根腐病的发生, 在施药初期( 10天左右)土壤中各种真菌( Fusarium, P ythium, Rhizoctonia, Penicill ium) 被抑制,细菌数量增加; 后期地乐胺处理区Penicil lium 和细菌的相对数量有所增加, 而乙草胺处理区Fusarium,Rhizoctonia 数量有所增加, Penicil lium和细菌的活性被抑制。
- Abstract:
- Two herbicides, dibut ralin and acetochlor, were studied in this article. Dibutralincould decrease the incidence of soybea n roo t ro t , while aceto chlo r could increase it. Duringthe ea rly period of spraying ( about 10 days ) , some soil fungi ( such as FusariumRhi zoctonia , Pythium, Penicill ium) w ere inhibi ted, but the number o f bacterium increasedlarg ely. Later, dibutralin increased the number of Penicil lium a nd bacterium .Meanw hile, acetochlo r increased the number of Fusarium and Rhi zoctonia , but inhibitedPenicil lium and bacterium .
