- 通过有性杂交将高产与抗病进行有效重组,经人工接种鉴定及生化鉴定,创新出高抗SMV 1号株系、且高抗种粒斑驳种质5份; 哈88- 2501、哈88- 7704、哈88-2499、哈88- 2496和哈89- 5896; 创新出高抗SMV3号强毒株系种质,同时高抗种粒斑驳种质5份; 哈91R3 - 182、哈91R3 - 188、哈91R3 - 232、哈91R3 - 244和哈91R3- 310。并对抗源种质的抗性、丰产性及应用情况进行了全面评价。
- Abstract:
- By ef fective recombining of high yield g enes wi th g enes o f resi stance to SMV bycross breeding 5 soybean g ermplasms Ha 88- 2501, Ha88- 7704, Ha88- 2499, Ha88-2496 a nd Ha89 - 5896 wi th high resi stance to SMV No. 1 st rain and 5 so ybeang ermpla sms Ha 91R3- 182, Ha 91R3- 188, Ha91R3- 232, Ha 91R3- 244 and Ha91R3-310 wi th high resistance to SMV No. 3 strain had bea n developed. Further- more, all ofthem w ere resistant to seed mo tt ling which w as induced by SMV No. 1 and No. 3 st rain.The yield characters and applica tion respects of these g ermplasms w ere ev aluated.
