摘要:
在盆栽条件下,强迫大豆孢囊线虫1号生理小种的群体在抗病品种上繁殖10- 12代,用一套鉴定大豆孢囊线虫生理小种的鉴别品种,重新鉴定经抗病基因选择后的大豆孢囊线虫的生理小种类型,鉴定结果表明: 原来为1号生理小种的线虫群体,经在抗病品种Peking 和Franklin上连续选择12代之后,变为4号小种; 经在小粒黑豆上选择之后变为5号小种; 经在铁丰18上选择之后变为6号小种; 经在Fayet te和小粒黑上选择之后变为9号小种。
Abstract:
The populations o f race 1 o f so ybean cyst nema tode ( SCN) , Heterodera glycines ,w ere cha llenged to repro duce o n resista nt soybeans fo r 10- 12 g enerations during 1986- 1996, a nd then all the popula tions selected were retested thei r race sta tus on the differentialho sts o f so ybean cy st nema tode. The resul ts show ed tha t the po pulatio ns of therace 1 selected o n resistant soybea ns Peking and Franklin acted as race 4; on Xiao liBlack, as race 5; o n Tiefeng 18, as race 6; o n Fayet te a nd Xiaoli Black, as race 9.
