- 以高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和TAS-990原子吸收光谱法对新疆15种豆类中的2种激素、9种矿质元素、8种氨基酸和蛋白质含量进行测定,并对2种激素与矿质元素、氨基酸、蛋白质进行了相关性分析。结果表明:饭豆(V. sinensis (L.) Savi)中IAA、Zn及8种氨基酸含量较高,大豆(Glycine max)中GA3、Cu、Ca、Fe、Mg含量较高,大豆(Glycine max)、蚕豆(V.faba L.)、落花生(Arachis hypogaea L.)中蛋白质含量较高。在15种豆类中呈现极显著正相关性的是IAA与Zn(rIAA Zn=0.8314)、赖氨酸(rIAA Les=0.8253)、亮氨酸(rIAA LYS=0.8413),以及GA3与Mg(rGA3 Mg=0.8673)。表现出显著的正相关性的是IAA与苏氨酸、GA3与赖氨酸。但是,这2种激素和蛋白质含量之间的正相关性都不明显。
- Abstract:
- The high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and atom absorption spectrum TAS-990 were used to measure the contents of two hormones, nine mineral elements, eight amino acids and proteins in 15 different legumes.The correlativity of two hormones with mineral elements, amino acids and proteins were also analyzed. The results showed that there were high contents of IAA, Zn and eight amino acids in rice beans(V. sinensis (L.) Savis) and high contents of GA3, Cu, Ca, Fe and Mg in soybeans(Glycine max). Besides, there were high contents of protein in soybeans (Glycine max), broad beans (V.faba L.) and groundnuts (Arachis hypogaea L.). Moreover, it is presented extreme significant correlation between IAA and Zn(rIAA Zn=0.8314), leucine(rIAA Les=0.8253),lysine(rIAA LYS =0.8413);and GA3 with Mg(rGA3 Mg =0.8673). It is presented significant correlation between IAA and threonine, GA3 and Fe. There were no significant correlation between two hormones and proteins.
