- 为进一步提高小区育种试验机械化水平,降低育种试验期间人工劳动强度,研制了一种可以定量调节行距和种子粒距的小区育种精量播种机,该机以插装式排种器为核心,可一次性完成侧深施肥、精量播种、覆土、镇压等作业。田间试验结果表明:在作业速度3.6,4.5,5.4 km.h-1的情况下,粒距合格指数、重播指数、漏播指数、变异系数均能达到《中耕作物精密播种机产品质量分等》标准中关于优等品的要求。并通过优化处理得出,在理论粒距7.5 cm,车速3.6 km.h-1条件下播种效果最佳。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve the mechanization level of plot-sowing experiment,reduce the labor during the breeding experiment,a kind of plot-sowing precision seeder could be adjust row and seed spacing was designed,with the insert-metering device at its core,which could complete deep-fertilization,precision-sowing,earth-covering and rolling in one circle.According to the standard of JB/T51017-1999 Quality Classification of Precision Seeder for Inter-cultivation Crop,the result indicated that qualified index,repeat-seeding index,miss-seeding index and variable index of the seeder could reach the superior-product standard.According to optimization,the best optimum performance was at the situation that the seed spacing of 7.5 cm and the speed of 3.6 km.h-1.
