- 从工程角度出发介绍了大豆蛋白蒸汽加热装置的开发设计。简述了工作原理与系统构成,论述了构成系统的物料部、蒸汽部、加热部、停留部、闪蒸部和控制部的设计思路和计算方法,介绍了设计注意事项和影响因素。
- Abstract:
- Steam heating plays an important role in modifying soy protein. There are many kinds of steam heating divices but mostly their structures are too simple so they have problem in temperature controlling. This paper introduced the design principles of steam heating device for soy protein from an engineering point of view. The design ideas and the methods of calculation of steam heating device had been discussed. The design considerations and influence factors had also been presented.
