大豆根际土壤细菌对镰孢菌的影响

- 采用室内生物学测定方法研究了大豆根际土壤细菌不同接菌量和接入时间对大豆根腐病病原菌镰孢菌(Fusarium)菌丝生长和产孢量的影响。结果表明:土壤细菌对镰孢菌菌丝生长和产孢量具有一定的抑制作用,接入细菌量越大,抑制率越高,当接入细菌量为5×106cfu·mL-1时,细菌对其菌丝生长及产孢抑制率分别达98.9%和98.3%;培养条件下细菌接入时间越早对尖镰孢菌和茄镰孢菌菌丝生长及产孢的抑制作用越明显。
- Abstract:
- In an indoor experiment,a biological determination was employed to compare the effect of bacteria,which was isolated from soybean rhizosphere soil,on mycelial growth and sporulation of Fusarium both with different inoculation amount and different access time.Results showed soil bacteria could depress mycelial growth and sporulation of Fusarium in a dose-dependent manner,when the bacteria amount was 5×106cfu·mL-1,the inhibitory rate of mycelial growth and sporulation reached 98.9% and 98.3%,respectively.The access time of bacteria also had significant influence on inhibitory of mycelial growth and sporulation of Fusarium,the earlier the access time,the obvious the inhibitory effect was.
