- 大豆菌核病是导致大豆严重减产的第二大病害,近十几年在我国尤其是东北的黑龙江和吉林大豆主产区发病日趋严重。综述大豆抗菌核病遗传育种领域的相关研究,即抗性鉴定方法、抗病种质资源、抗性遗传与QTL和抗性基因工程等4方面的研究进展,并提出了目前大豆抗菌核病遗传育种研究存在的关键性问题及可能的解决方法。
- Abstract:
- Sclerotinia sclerotiorum is the second main disease reducing yield of soybean.In recent decades,it harmed severely in China,especially in Heilongjiang and Jilin province.In the paper,the relative research progress on resistance inheritance and breeding to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum of soybean were summarized,including the resistance evaluation methods,resistance germplasms,resistance inheritance,QTL and gene engineering.The main factors hindering the resistance breeding of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and its possible solving methods were also prospected.
