高效降解真菌对大豆田除草剂氯嘧磺隆的降解特性研究*

- 经过摇瓶富集培养 ,从氯嘧磺隆驯化的土壤中分离出一株大豆田除草剂氯嘧磺隆高效降解真菌 , 实验室暂时命名为 F8。F8 的纯培养结果表明 :在 28 ℃, 接种量 5 %(体积比)的麦芽汁液体培养基中, 120r min- 1振摇 96h ,其对 10mg L- 1氯嘧磺隆的降解率达 93. 85%。当 F8 加到土壤中时,可明显促进氯嘧磺隆的降解,在 28℃, 土壤含水量 20%, 接种量 20ml kg- 1时可使 30ugkg- 1氯嘧磺隆的降解半衰期由自然条件下的 46. 52d 缩短为 15. 03d。
- Abstract:
- A Fungi strain that is capable of degrading herbicide chlorimuron - ethyl were isolated from theacclimated soil by chlorimuron - ethyl. The fungi strain was named as F8. In synthetic medium and pureculture , about 93. 85%chlorimuron - ethyl was degraded when 5 %F8 was cultured in a Maiyazhi mediumcontaining 10 mg L- 1chlorimuron - ethyl under the condition of 28℃,120r min - 1 and 96h. It was alsoshown introducing F8 into soil was effective in promotion chlorimuron - ethyl degration, the effect was sta-ble and the half lite of degradation was shortened from 46. 52d to 15. 03d.
