盐胁迫下大豆初生叶愈伤组织SOD活性及其同工酶变化的研究

- 以大豆初生叶( Primary leav es)愈伤组织作为材料, 分别于含0% (对照)、0.4%、0. 8%、1. 2% 、1. 6% NaCl浓度的培养基中进行24、48、72小时短时间培养和16、20、24天长时间培养,研究了不同盐度及不同培养时间内SOD活性及其同工酶的变化。结果表明: 短时间培养时,随着盐度的升高和时间的延长, SOD活性增强;长时间培养时,盐浓度越高,胁迫时间越长, SOD活性越低,其同工酶也表现出规律性的变化。
- Abstract:
- The primary leav es callus o f soybea n w as cultured o n the v arious mediums w hichcontain 0 ( co ntro l) , 0. 4% , 0. 8% , 1. 2% , 1. 6% NaCl for sho rter time, i , e. 24, 48, 72hours, and for long time, i , e. 16, 20, 24 days to study the chang es of SOD activi ty andi ts i so zyme. The rusult s w ere as follow s: When they w ere cultured fo r shor ter time, theactivi ty of SO D w ere hig her wi th the pro long ing of time a nd increase o f sal t co ncent ration.On the co ntrary , when they w ere cultured fo r long time, the result w ere oppo site.Its i so zyme show reg ular chang es.
