- 应用质量- 数量性状的遗传分析方法,研究大豆异黄酮含量的遗传。结果显示,在3个杂交组合中,籽粒中异黄酮含量具有质量- 数量性状的遗传特点,由一个主效基因和若干微效基因共同控制;在主效基因遗传效应中,同时存在加性和显性效应,且各组合的加性和显性效应不同。微效基因的遗传变异亦因组合而异,约为主效基因变异的1 /17- 1 /3
- Abstract:
- Inheritance of isof lav one content in soybea n seeds w as inv estig ated by the g eneticmodel of quali ta tiv e- quanti tativ e ( Q- Q) trait s. Result s indicated tha t iso flav one contentw as a typical Q- Q t rai t co nt ro lled by a majo r g ene as w ell as polygenes. In themajo r g ene effect , there ex isted additiv e ef fect and domina nt ef fect , and dif ferent in v ariouscro sses. Genetic v ariatio n caused by plo ygenes also va ries wi th crosses, which w asabout one seventeenth to one thi rd o f the g enetic va ria tion of the ma jo r g ene.
