连续种植大豆抗孢囊线虫品种胁迫线虫生理小种变异研究

- 在生产条件下,高抗大豆抗孢囊线虫3号生理小种的抗线1号、抗线2号,在同一块地连续种植4- 5年,明显发病。病土采用盆栽法,应用五个标准鉴定品种: Pickett、Peking、PI88788、PI90763、Lee( Go lden 1970)及抗线2号,重新进行生理小种鉴定。按Rig g s( 1988)标准,原来的3号生理小种线虫群体致病性发生变异,出现14号生理小种。

- Under productio n co ndi tion, Ka ngx ian No. 1 a nd No. 2 were planted by continuing4 - 5 years in the pot cul ture w ith diseased sio l. Fiv e sta nda rd v arieties: Picket t ,Peking , PI88788, PI90763, Lee ( Go lden 1970) and Kang xian No. 2 w ere used to identifyrace, acco rding to rigg s ( 1988) standard, pa thogenici ty o f the o ld race No. 3 w ascha ng ed. Race No. 14 wa s found.
