摘要:
RAPD已在人类、动物、植物、真菌和细菌中得到了广泛的应用。在大豆上也已用于连锁图构建,基因定位,大豆起源进化及资源研究中。
Abstract:
RAPD ow ns g reat potential as g enetic markers fo r genome mapping , g ene tag ging ,g enetic div ersity measurement , phylog enesis and ev olutio n studies in soy bean, a nd hav ebeen w idely used in huma ns, animals, pla nt s, fungi a nd bacteria.
