- 采用断乳ICR小鼠为实验动物,第一阶段小鼠分为2组,正常小鼠组(NM)与肥胖模型小鼠组(FM),建立饮食肥胖小鼠模型;第二阶段NM作为肥胖预防组,FM作为肥胖治疗组,分别灌胃大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂(soybean trypsin inhibitor,SBTI)。实验结束时,称体重,血液离心取得血清,测定甘油三酯(TG)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TCH)等指标,研究SBTI对饮食肥胖小鼠的减肥作用。结果表明:与预防对照组相比,肥胖预防组SBTI高剂量组的体重极显著降低(P<0.01),TG和FFA显著降低(P<0.05),HDL-C显著升高(P<0.05);与模型对照组相比,肥胖治疗组SBTI高剂量组的体重极显著降低P<0.01),TG和FFA显著降低(P<0.05),HDL-C显著升高(P<0.05);2组的TCH与相应对照组相比,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。因此,SBTI对饮食肥胖有一定的预防和治疗作用。
- Abstract:
- One hundred and twenty weaning ICR mice were divided into 2 groups,normal mice(NM)and fat mice(FM)to establish high fat diet-induced obesity mice model.When the final weight of FM were higher than NM by 20%,NM and FM were regarded as obesity prevention and treatment group,respectively,and three dosages of SBTI were given by gavage for 42 d.At the end of the experiment,weight and triglyceride(TG),free fatty acid(FFA),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),total cholesterol(TCH)were deterrnine to investigate the anti-obesity effect of SBTI in obesity model.The result showed that compared with prevention control group,weight,TG,FFA of the obesity prevention group with high dosage SBTI significantly decreased,HDL-C of that group significantly increased.Compared with model control group,weight,TG,FFA of the obesity treatment group with high dosage SBTI significantly decreased,HDL-C of that group significantly increased.The differences of TCH were not significant in both groups.So it suggests that SBTI is effective for obesity prevention and treatment.
