- 本文用带氚钪源检测器气相色谱分析了异丙甲草胺残留量测定方法[1- 3 ] ,和国外同类方法相比,所需试剂种类少,操作简便,平均回收率89. 0~ 90. 0% ,最低检测浓度0. 01mg /kg。
- Abstract:
- The residual analysis method of metolachlo re in so ybean w as determinedby Gas chroma tog raphy. Solv en w ere used less. It o perated mo re simplelythan foreig n methods. The Av erg e recov ery rates w ere 89. 0% ~ 90% . Thelow est detectio n limit o f the soybea n was 0. 01mg /kg.
