大豆灰班病菌单生理小种鉴别寄主体系的建立

- 本研究用人工接种大豆灰斑病菌的方法对100份大豆材料在生理小种的水平上,进行了3年的抗性鉴定。根据供试的大豆材料对灰斑病菌1~ 10号生理小种的抗感反应,从中选择出只抗(或只感)一个生理小种而同时感(或抗)其它9个生理小种的大豆材料,建立了两套灰斑病菌单生理小种鉴别寄主体系。

- 100 so ybean va rieties ( or lines ) w ere ino culated separately wi th 10 races ofCercospora soj ina Hara in 1993, 1994 and 1996. The main object of study wa s to screeno ut va rieties ( o r lines) w hich w ere resista nt ( o r susceptible) to one o f the 10 phy siologicalraces a nd susceptible ( o r resi stant) to the other physio logical races. Wi th these v arieties(or lines) , the tw o sets of dif ferentiate host s o f sing le physio loical race w ere established.Unknow o r new phy siolo gical race can be identified by the tw o sets of di fferentiatehosts of sing le phy sioloical race.
