- 试验了不同浓度的CaCl2、Ca( NO3 ) 2 和Ca SO4三种钙盐对大豆(晋豆1号)生长前期盐胁迫的缓冲效应,结果表明: CaCl2、Ca SO4 都有明显的缓解作用,其中以15mmol /L CaCl2的缓解效果最佳。Ca2+ 能提高大豆萌发种子的蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性,提高呼吸速率,促进种子萌发及胚根生长。
- Abstract:
- The mi tigativ e ef fects of th ree kinds o f Ca2+ so lutio n ( calcium ni trate, calciumchloride and calcium sulfate ) w ith di fferent concent ra tions o n salt st ress in the earlystag es g row th o f soybea n w ere tested. The resul ts show ed tha t calcium chlo ride and calciumsulfa te w ere bet ter to mi tiga te sal t st ress o f soybean g row th , while the ef fect of 15mmol /L calcium chlo ride was the best. Calcium could increase the activities of proteinasea nd lipase in germinating of so ybean seeds, enhance the respi ra to ry ra te, improvethe g erminating capaci ty and promo te the g row th of radicle.
