- 清茬单体作为斜抛式大豆免耕精播机的关键作业部件,其使用寿命对机具的无故障工作时间起决定性作用。本文首先在介绍免耕精播机作业功能及清茬单体结构组成的基础上,应用EDEM对清茬单体刀齿的土壤切削过程进行模拟仿真,获得单组刀齿单程土壤切削载荷数据及全刀齿土壤切削的载荷-时间历程数据;依此,利用SolidWorks Simulation对清茬单体刀盘轴进行有限元静力学分析,模型最大应力发生在键槽端部,值为119.5 MPa,小于材料45号钢许用应力353.2 MPa,满足强度设计要求;清茬单体恒幅及变幅疲劳分析结果表明:模型损坏百分比7.15%,生命周期864 h,刀盘轴是安全的,在作业时段内清茬单体刀盘轴损伤是由中低平均应力循环及较小应力幅值所引起的。研究为清茬单体的疲劳分析提供了一种新的方法。
- Abstract:
- As a key part of oblique tossing soybean no-till seeder, stubble clearing unit’s fatigue life directly determined the reliability of machine.First, function of oblique tossing soybean no-till seeder and stubble clearing unit’s structure had been introduced, knife teeth’s soil cutting process had been simulated by EDEM and acquired soil cutting resistance force data of a set of knives and time history of all knives unit soil cutting loading tooth, finite element static analysis result of knife plate shaft by SolidWorks simulation indicate that concentrated stress was located on keyways’ end, its max stress was 119.5 MPa, smaller than allowable stresses of 45 steel, it was safe. The constant amplitude loading fatigue indicate that fatigue damage factor is 7.15 % and total life is 864 hours, shaft was safe. Damage rain flow matrix in loading history of variable amplitude fatigue indicated that most damage of model was caused by mid-low average stress cycle and smaller stress amplitude. The research provided a new method of stubble clearing unit’s fatigue analysis.
