- 在室内条件下,以大豆叶片为食物饲养棉蝗并系统观测其各虫态的发育历期,测定了雌雄各龄若虫和成虫的取食量及其体长、体重等指标参数。结果表明:在27~28℃条件下,卵的平均发育历期为98.19 d,雌雄若虫的平均发育历期分别为65.90和58.68 d,雌雄成虫的平均寿命分别为116.25和146.75 d。各发育阶段对大豆叶片的累积取食量回归模型为:取食质量,雄虫,ym♂=763 637.552 0[1+exp(19.892 3-1.515 8x)](R2=0.997 7),雌虫,ym♀=1 614 393.604 8[1+exp(23.309 1-1.970 2x)](R2=0.998 6);取食面积,雄虫,ys♂=14 776 047.963 4[1+exp(18.657 1-1.524 5x)](R2=0.997 1),雌虫,ys♀=22 861 437.346 9[1+exp(19.444 6-1.670 6x)](R2=0.998 2);体长和体重随着龄期的增加而增加,体长和体重的生长模型分别为:体长,雄虫,yl♂=7.392 9[1+exp(2.103 2-0.420 729x)](R2=0.990 5),雌虫,yl♀=13.046 9[1+exp(2.772 9-0.392 563x)](R2=0.996 8);体重,雄虫,yw♂=2.873 4[1+exp(5.061 9-0.911 303x)](R2=0.982 6),雌虫,yw♀?=3.918 1[1+exp(9.045 7-1.700 7x)](R2=0.990 5)。
- Abstract:
- The developmental duration of each stages,feeding amount of each developmental stage,the body length and body weight of Chondracris rosea rosea fed by soybean leaves were measured in the laboratory.The results showed that developmental duration of Chondracris rosea rosea egg,larvae female,larvae male,adult female,adult male was 98.19,65.90,58.68,116.25 and 146.75 d separately under the condition of 27-28℃.The regression models in cumulative feeding amount of Chondracris rosea rosea is:leaf weight,male,ym♂=763 637.552 0[1+exp(19.892 3-1.515 8x)](R2=0.997 7),female,ym♀=1 614 393.604 8[1+exp(23.309 1-1.970 2x)](R2=0.998 6);leaf area,male,ys♂=14 776 047.963 4[1+exp(18.657 1-1.524 5x)](R2=0.997 1),female,ys♀=22 861 437.346 9[1+exp(19.444 6-1.670 6x)](R2=0.998 2).Body length and body weight are both increasing with the instars,the growth equation is as follows:body length,male,yl♂=7.392 9[1+exp(2.103 2-0.420 729x)](R2=0.990 5),female,yl♀=13.046 9[1+exp(2.772 9-0.392 563x)](R2=0.996 8);body weight,male,yw♂=2.873 4[1+exp(5.061 9-0.911 303x)](R2=0.982 6),female,yw♀=3.918 1[1+exp(9.045 7-1.700 7x)](R2=0.990 5).
