- ?检索了PubMed、中国期刊网等中外文数据库中有关大豆异黄酮/豆制品与卵巢癌关系的病例对照研究和队列研究,并进行Meta分析,研究了大豆异黄酮摄入与卵巢癌发病风险的关系。经筛选,最终有6篇研究纳入了Meta分析。与最低摄取水平比较,最高摄取水平的合并相对危险度(RR)为0.68(95% CI 0.49~0.94),剂量反应关系显示每摄取1.0 mg·d-1大豆异黄酮可降低1.7%的发病风险。富含大豆异黄酮豆腐的合并RR为0.61(0.44~0.85),此Meta分析没有发现明显的发表偏倚。因此,大豆异黄酮摄取可以降低卵巢癌发病风险。
- Abstract:
- ?In order to investigate the relationship between isoflavones intake and the risk of ovarian cancer,casecontrol studies and cohort studies that observed the association of isoflavones/soyfood with ovarian cancer were searched by PubMed,CNKI and other databases.Metaanalysis was performed to calculate summary relative risk(RR).A total of 6 studies were included in the final analysis.The summary RR of ovarian cancer for the highest compared with the lowest isoflavones intake was 0.68(95% CI 0.49-0.94).Doseresponse analysis showed that every 1.0 mg·d-1 increment in isoflavones intake was associated with a significant 1.7% reduction in ovarian cancer risk.The summary RR for bean curd was 0.61(0.44-0.85).There was no obvious publication bias in the Metaanalysis.The results demonstrated that isoflavones intake decreased the risk of ovarian cancer.
