- 选取啤酒糟量、麸皮量和硫酸铵量为因子,用响应面法对生产蛋白饲料的培养基进行优化。在单因素试验的基础上,根据Box-Benhnken中心组合方法进行三因素三水平试验。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为啤酒糟88.5%、麸皮7.5%、硫酸铵1%。在此条件下得到的真蛋白含量为37.64%。
- Abstract:
- To optimize culture medium of the production of protein feed,the effect of the amount of wheat bran,lees and ammonium sulfate weight were studied with Box-Behnken design.The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:drewer spent grains 88.5%,wheat bran 7.5%,(NH4)2SO41%.Under the optimal conditions,the true protein content was 37.64%,which agreed well with predictive value,indicating the optimized process was feasible.
