- 大豆异黄酮具有预防癌症与心血管疾病,减轻妇女更年期综合症等多种重要生理功能。大豆异黄酮主要采用传统溶剂加热、超声波、微波辅助等方法进行提取。文章对近年来大豆异黄酮提取方法的研究进行综述,以期为大豆异黄酮作为保健食品资源的开发和应用提供依据。
- Abstract:
- Soybean isoflavone has many important physiological functions including preventing cancer,cardiovascular disease and reducing female menopause syndromea and so on.Extraction methods of soy isoflavone including convention solvent,ultrasonic-assisted,microwave-assisted,etc.The latest research on extraction of soy isoflavone had been summarized.The aim was to provide a reference for the development and utilization of soy isoflavone as new resource of health foods.
