- 研究了尿素改性大豆分离蛋白(SPI)粘接单面涂布白板纸的最佳工艺。用尿素溶液对大豆分离蛋白进行改性,并用白板纸进行粘接,确定了其最佳工艺条件:尿素浓度3 molL-1、SPI含量10%、反应温度40℃、反应时间5 h,测得粘接强度为69.5125Ncm-2。单因素试验和正交试验结果表明:尿素浓度对改性SPI胶的粘接强度影响最大,其次是SPI含量和反应温度,反应时间的影响最小,尿素改性后豆胶的粘接强度有所提高。
- Abstract:
- Optimum techniques condition of urea-modified soy proteins isolate(SPI)on duplex papers were investigated.The research took soybean proteins as the raw material,which was modified by urea and then glued with duplex papers.Orthogonal test was carried out to further optimize the conditions as follows:concentration of urea 3 molL-1,content of SPI 10%,reaction temperature 40℃,reaction time 5 h,and adhesion strength is 69.5125 Ncm-2.Mono0factor test and orthogonal test showed that the concentration of urea have greater impact on adhesion strength than the content of SPI and the reaction temperature.Under the optimized conditions,the strength of soybean proteins adhesion greatly enhanced.
