- 大豆异黄酮是大豆生长过程中形成的一类次级代谢产物。近年来研究发现大豆异黄酮在预防癌症、骨质疏松症、心血管疾病和改善妇女更年期综合症等方面具有广泛的生物效应,现对其生理作用及在医学方面的研究进展予以综述。
- Abstract:
- Soybean isoflavones is one of hypo-metabolize production which produced during soybean growth progress.In recent years,many researches had reported that it can prevent cancer,osteoporosis,cardiovascular diseases and menopausal women symptoms.This paper mainly introduced the physiological effects and research progress of soybean isoflavone on domestic and overseas literatures.
