- 利用 SOE (Splicing by Overlap Extension)法对大豆苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的两个外显子进行拼接, 得到完整的 PAL 基因 ,表明这种方法是有效可行的。这种技术是作为对 cDNA 克隆的初步改进与尝试 ,节约了成本 ,有一定的应用价值 。
- Abstract:
- Abstract T he two exons of Glycine max phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) were recombined togetherby gene splicing by overlap extension (gene SOEing). Results showed that gene SOEing was a successfulspecific PCR technique for gene recombination. It was the improvement of cloning cDNA.
