大豆灰斑病1 号生理小种抗性基因的SSR 标记分析

- 针对中国大豆灰斑病1 号生理小种, 以抗所有生理小种的品系东农40566 为母本, 以感1 号生理小种的品种东农410 为父本配制杂交组合, 杂交得到F2 代后连续自交3 代得到F5 代群体。该群体经人工接种灰斑病1 号生理小种后, 利用BSA 法对500 个SSR 标记进行筛选, 其中3 个标记Sat t565 、SOYGPATR 和Satt396 在抗、感池间表现出稳定的多态性, 并且在F2 代个体中表现出抗性与多态性协同分离的趋势。这3 个标记与抗性基因的连锁顺序为Satt565 -SOYGPATR-Hrcs1 -Satt396 , 它们与抗性基因的连锁距离分别为12 .7cM 、6 .5cM 、14 .7cM 。推测抗大豆灰斑病1 号生理小种的基因可能位于C1 连锁群上。
- Abstract:
- In aim to f ind the SSR markers linked to resistance gene against frogeye leaf spot in Chinese soybean ,bulked segregant analysis was applied to F5 populations derived from cross between the resistant lineDo ngnong40566 and the susceptible line Dongnong410 , self -crossing for three generations after F2 .Three SSRmarkers including Sat t565 , SOYGPATR and Sat t396 w ere identified from 500 SS R markers , the linkage o rderis Sat t565 -SOYGPATR -Hrcs1 -Sat t396 , and the distance to the resistance locus is 12 .7 , 6 .5 , 14 .7cM respectively.These three markers and the resistance locus w ere maped to soy bean linkage g roup C1 .
