- 应用快生根瘤菌(S inorhizobium xinjiangensis , CCBAU110T )和慢生根瘤菌(Bradyrhizobium japonicum T, USDA6T)接种大豆, 在无菌沙培条件下叶面喷施植物生长调节剂BR 和SHK -6 研究调节剂对大豆植株及根瘤固氮的激素调控效应。结果表明:1)不同根瘤菌接种条件下,BR 和SHK -6 处理大豆根干重和茎干重得到显著增加, 提高了根瘤数、根瘤重和根瘤固氮活性。2)BR 和SHK -6 处理提高了根瘤固氮能力, 根瘤、根和茎的含氮量得到明显提高。3)BR 和SHK -6 处理通过改变激素平衡来调控根瘤固氮, 其中CTK/GA 、CTK/IAA 对根瘤固氮有正调控作用, IAA/ABA 和GA/ABA 有负调控作用。
- Abstract:
- A comparative study w as conducted on regulation of brassinolide(BR)and SHK -6 on the symbiosisbetween soybean and rhizobium strains of CCBAU110Tand USDA6Tunder sterili ty sandy culture and pot experiment.The result s showed that BR and SHK -6 sig nificant ly increased the dry weig ht of roo t and shoot , nodulenumbers nodule weight and nitrogenase activity in different inoculated rhizobium strains .The ni trogen contentw as evidently increased by BR and SHK -6 in the nodule , roo t and shoots .Plant grow th reg ulator reg ulated thenodule number and fix ing nitrogen activity by the ho rmone balance .It was found that the CTK/GA and CTK/IAA was up -regulation of nodule fixing nit rogen activity , and the IAA/ABA and GA/ABA w as dow n -regulationof nodule fixing nit rogen act ivity .
