- 利用超声波提取脱脂豆粕中的大豆异黄酮, 并与加热回流的提取方法进行比较。结果表明,超声波法提取大豆异黄酮具有省时、节能、提取率高等优点, 提取一次, 30min 所得大豆异黄酮的提取率比加热回流法提取120min 的提取率高约46 %, 与加热回流提取二次, 240min 的提取率一致。
- Abstract:
- Soybean isoflavone w ere ext racted from defat ted soybean meal by ult rasonic w ave and compared w ithheating ci rcumfluence method .The result s show ed that ult rasonic method had lot s of meri ts such as time -saving, energy -saving and high ef ficiency .The ext ractio n rate of soybean isof lavone by this method for 30min washigher than that by heating -circumfluence for once , 120min about 46 %and was equal to the rate of heating -circumf luence for tw ice , 240min .
