大豆胞囊线虫胞囊内寄生真菌研究

- 从辽宁沈阳、黑龙江伊春、山东青岛、山西汾阳等地采集的大豆胞囊线虫土样, 经分离获得定殖于胞囊上的真菌菌株128 株。通过测定菌株对胞囊的寄生率, 筛选出6 株对大豆胞囊线虫有强寄生能力的胞囊内寄生真菌, 经鉴定为Aspergi llus niger , Paecilomyces li lacinus , Fusariumsemitectum , Vert ici llium chlamydosporium , Vertici llium sp ., Acremonium sp ., 其中Aspergil lusniger , Fusarium semitectum 为国内首次报道定殖于大豆胞囊线虫胞囊上的真菌。通过6 株胞囊内寄生真菌对大豆胞囊线虫二龄幼虫毒性作用的研究, 结果表明Vertici llium chlamydosporium 和Verticil lium sp .两株菌的发酵液对大豆胞囊线虫二龄幼虫有较强毒杀作用。
- Abstract:
- One hunderd and tw enty -eight fungi st rains were isolated f rom the cyst s of Heterodera glycines ofthe soy bean rhizosphere soil in Liaoning , Hilong jiang , Shanxi , Shando ng provinces .Through determining theparasi tic ratio , six st rains ident if ied as Aspergil lus niger , Paecilomyces lilacinus , Fusarium semitectum ,Verticill ium chlamydosporium , Vertici llium sp .and Acremonium sp .were st rong entoparasi tic fungi of thecyst of H .glycines .Aspergil lus niger and Fusarium semitectum isolated from the cy st w ere first repo rted inChina .When the culture filt rates of six fungal strains w ere tested fo r thei r tox ic effect to Second -stage Juveniles(J2)of H .glycines , the tw o strains , Vert icil lium chlamydosporium and Vertici ll ium sp ., had lethal effectson J2 of H .glycines , and their death rat ios reached to 50 .1 % and 50 .0 %
