- 对不同抗性的大豆品种与大豆胞囊线虫的田间动态关系的研究。研究结果表明, 不同抗性大豆品种对田间大豆胞囊线虫群体均有较大的影响。感病品种辽豆10 根际中J2 含量在5 月24日达高峰, 每100ml 土壤中60 .4 条, 而抗病品种Peking 根际与休闲地中J2 的变化趋势相似;胞囊量在6 月6 日有一高峰, 为23 .3 个/100ml 土;抗病品种PI90763 、哈尔滨小黑豆、应县小黑豆、Franklin 根内的J2 数量在5 月24 日达高峰, 但从J2 、J3 、J4 整体动态变化结果来看, 可初步认为辽K89102 为抗侵入品种, PI90763 为抗发育品种, 辽豆10 和开育10 是高感品种。
- Abstract:
- The dynamics betw een the dif ferent resistant soybean cultivars and the population of soy bean cystnematode (Heterodera glycines SCN)were studied in this paper .The result s showed that different resistantcultivars had dif ferent influences on the population of H .glycines .The numbers of second -stage juveniles(J2)in the rhizosphere of Liaodou 10 , susceptible cultivar , reached the highest peak , 60 .4 J2 in the 100 cm3 soil , on24 , May .For the resistant cultivar has the same trend of J2 in the rhizosphere of Peking and in the fallow land .The cyst population of SCN had a peak on 6 , June , 23 .3 cysts in 100 cm3soil for Liaodou 10 .There w as a peakof J2 in the root of soybean on 24 , May for the resistance cultivars PI90763 , Harbin small black soybean ,Ying xian small black soybean and Franklin .From the dy namics of J2 , J3 and J4 , Liao K89102 was show edagainst the invasion of SCN , PI90763 w as resistant to development of SCN , Liaodou 10 and Kaiyu 10 w eresusceptible cultivars .
