- 利用两个蛋白质含量不同, 但生育期相同的大豆品种, 在盆栽条件下, 研究了营养体氮素积累及其运转的特性, 结果表明:高蛋白品种无论是氮素积累, 还是氮素转运效率都明显高于蛋白质含量低的品种, 高蛋白品种的叶部含氮量显著高于茎的含量, 而低蛋白品种相差不大, 并且高蛋白品种的氮素积累高峰期迟于低蛋白品种。
- Abstract:
- In order to investigate the characteristics of ni trogen accumulation and translocation , tw o soybeanv arieties wi th different protein content s were used in pot ex periments .The results show that bo th the nitrogenaccumulation and nit rogen t ranslocat ion efficiency of higher protein content variety are signif icantly higher than that of low er -protein variety , there is also great difference between leaf ni trogen and stem nit rogen in high -protein variety , and the former is higher than that of lat ter , but there is only slight difference in low er -proteinone .Nitrogen accumulation peak is ten days delayed in high -protein variety than that of lower -protein one .
