- 本研究用TLC技术结合紫外吸收光谱分析以及其它化学定性方法,分析大豆因感染SMV 产生的种粒斑驳的化学组成: 有种粒斑驳的种皮和大豆健株种皮含有花色素、黄酮、黄酮醇、二氢黄酮、二氢黄酮醇和它们的苷,也含有黄烷醇以及黄烷醇多聚物。种粒斑驳中的黄酮类化合物在含量和组成上都可显著地区别于健株种皮,其积累与感染SMV 相关。按种粒斑驳的颜色和相关的黄酮类化合物分类,斑驳可以分为有或无花色素苷两个类型。

- Af ter so ybean w as infected by SMV, the seed coat that became seed coatmot t ling w as a naly zedwi th TLC technique, U1 t ravio let spect rum and many chemicalqualitativ e analy si s methods. The analy si s result show ed that seed coa t mo t tling andno rmal seed coat co ntained anthocyanidin, f lav o ne, flav ono l, dihydrof lav one,dihy dro flavo nol and thei r g lucosid, a nd flav ono l, po lymerf lav onol. The seed coatmot t ling w as dif ferent from no rmal seed coa t o n co ntent and composi tio n o f flav onoids.The accumlatio n o f flav onoids w as rela ted to soybea n was infected by SMV. Accordingto co lour o f seed coat mot t ling and rela tiv e flav o noids, two ty pes of mo t tling can bedi sting aished by wi th and wi thout anthocyanidin.
