- 本文研究作保灵对大豆保护作用及对绿磺隆的解毒机制。当土壤中有绿磺隆残留时,作保灵5‰拌种能够保护大豆的株高和鲜重免受绿磺隆的影响。作保灵能明显增加大豆体内谷胱甘肽含量和谷胱甘肽转移酶的活性。谷胱甘肽转移酶活性增加,促进绿磺隆与谷胱甘肽轭合作用,从而对绿磺隆进行解毒。
- Abstract:
- Studies o n pro tective action o f TN A o n soybea n and a ntido tal mechanism ofTN A to chlorsulfuron w ere conducted. When chlorsul furon residue in soil, TN A w asapplied at the rate o f 5g /kg seed it prev ent s decrease of plant hight a nd f resh w eigh t ofsoybean f rom injury of chlo rsulfuro n. TN A increased Gluta thio ne S - Transfera se( GST ) activi ty and Glutathio ne ( GSH) content o bvio usly in soybean. TN A protectsoybean by enhancing GST activi ty w hich result s in accelera ted detoxi fica tio n ofchlorsulfuron via GSH conjug atio n.
