- 利用高效液相色谱( HPLC)技术分离并测定了大豆中异黄酮各组分含量,建立了快速、有效的分离、检测异黄酮含量的方法。结果显示,异黄酮的最适提取时间是2- 3hr; 最适检测波长为260nm; 在一定的浓度范围内,标准样品Daidzin和Geni stin作为异黄酮的检测标样是准确的; 提取和检测温度对异黄酮组合含量有很大影响,在80℃或更高的温度条件下,丙二酰基结合体可水解为相应的甙或甙元的形式。
- Abstract:
- Soy bean isoflav one compounds w ere separated and determined w ithHPLC, a nd a simple sensi tiv e and hig hly reproducible method wa s established. Theresul t indica ted the mo st suitable ex t racting time of i sof lav ine is 2- 3h r, the sui tableabso rbent w av eleng th is 260nm; It i s accurate for th e iso flavo ne standard sample w ithdaidzin and g enistin at the range of concent ra tion; The i sof lav o ne co ntent is af fected byex t racting and examining temperatures. At 80℃ or higher tempera ture, i sof lav o nemalonyl conjug ates are hydroly zed to glucosides and ag lycones.
