- 1992- 1995年,应用田间自然病圃和病土盆栽鉴定方法,对黑龙江、河北、山东、安徽、福建和广东等21个省市保存的3391份栽培大豆和169份野生大豆种质资源进行了抗大豆孢囊线虫5号生理小种的抗性鉴定。鉴定结果: 栽培大豆抗病的27份,占参试材料的0. 80% ,这些抗病品种多为黑色种皮; 野生大豆抗病的3份,占参试材料的1. 78% ,在鉴定的野生大豆和栽培大豆中没有发现免疫品种。这些抗病资源大多来自河北、山东、山西、内蒙赤峰、吉林和黑龙江等地
- Abstract:
- During 1992- 1995, 3391 cultiva rs and 169 wild soy bean accessio ns f rom di fferentprovinces w ere ev alua ted for their resistance to race 5 of so ybean cyst nematode by na turalinfection in the field and po t culture w ith infected soil of race 5 of soy bean cyst nematode.Among the g ermplasms ev aluated 27 accessions showed resi stant, it was 0. 80%o f the to tal ev aluatio n number of cultiv ars. These resistant v ari ties w ere almost black inseed colo r. Amo ng the g ermplasms evaluated 3 accessio ns show ed resi stant, i t w as 1.78% of the to tal ev alua tion number o f wi ld so ybean. There w as no immune accessio nsin bo th w ild so ybeans and cul tiv ars. Most of accessions resi stant to so ybean cy st nematodecame f rom Hebei , Sha ndo ng , Shanx i, Chifeng , Jilin and Heilo ng jiang.
