摘要:
对接种后水培15天的大豆幼苗的根段染色,光镜下可以观察到抗病品种根内大豆孢囊线虫头部有明显的坏死,感病品种较少观察到这一现象。接种后4天对大豆根部的半薄切片研究发现感病品种中柱内有较大的合胞体形成,抗病品种在鞘细胞处形成较小的合胞体,且染色较深,呈坏死反应特征。
Abstract:
The inocula ted soybea n seedling s had been hydro po nic cul tured for 15 days, a nd theroot s were remov ed and stained. Necrosis adjacent to the head of second stag e a nd thirdstag e juv eni les o f Hetecdera glycines in the roo ts of resi stant cultiva rs Huipi zhiheidou and Yuanboheido u was found under lig ht microscope, w hereas, necro sis w as no t foundin the ro ot s of susceptible cont rol, Ludou 1. Semi- thin sectio ns o f infected roo ts culturedin sterili zed sa nd w ere inspected, and the big ger sy nvy tia in cent ral cylinder w erefound in susceptible roo ts, w hereas the smaller sy ncy tia, which w ere stained deeply ,w ere o bserv ed o n pericycle cel ls in resi stant roo ts at 4 day s af ter ino culatio n.
