大豆品种黑农531抗灰斑病的生理、遗传及转录特征分析

- 大豆灰斑病(Cercospora sojina Hara)是一种全球性病害,也是我国大豆生产中的主要病害,严重影响大豆的产量与品质。黑农531田间表现为高抗大豆灰斑病,为明确黑农531对灰斑病的抗性特征,本研究选取23份具有不同抗性水平的大豆种质资源,包括高抗、中抗、感病和高感材料作为对照,人工接种灰斑病菌(Cercospora sojina)并进行系统分析。同时利用SSR分子标记对已知抗病基因位点进行基因型分析,探究基因型与抗病表型的相关性。在生理生化层面,进行生理指标测定,分析黑农531的抗灰斑病生理机制。此外,采用qRT-PCR技术检测抗病相关基因的表达模式。结果表明:黑农531的病情指数为2.2,表现为高抗水平;分子标记检测显示该品种在Satt565位点具有特异性抗病条带;与高感材料相比,黑农531中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和多酚氧化酶活性均显著升高;接种病原菌后,抗病基因GmRLK、GmTGA06和GmSOD1的表达量均有明显上调。本研究为黑农531在大豆抗病育种中的应用提供了重要依据,并为大豆抗灰斑病品种的选育奠定了理论与种质基础。
