- 以大豆品种贡选1号为试验材料,在玉米-大豆套作模式下,研究不同施氮水平下叶面喷施烯效唑对套作大豆花后碳氮代谢、干物质积累量及产量的影响。结果表明:烯效唑在不同的施氮水平下均能促进植株的碳氮代谢,提高了R5期前大豆叶和茎中的总糖及全氮含量,降低了R7期叶茎中的总糖含量,显著提高了R3~R7期叶茎中总糖含量的减少量;叶面喷施烯效唑提高了R2和R3期的碳氮比,却显著降低了R5期后的碳氮比;烯效唑提高R3~R7期的干物质积累量、有效荚数、百粒重和产量。在低(0 kg?hm-2)、中 (32.4 kg?hm-2)、高氮水平(64.8 kg?hm-2)下,分别以喷施60,30和90 mg?kg-1烯效唑的干物质积累量和产量最高。综合碳氮代谢及产量的表现,玉米-大豆套作模式下以施32.4 kg?hm-2纯氮,于V5期喷施30 mg?kg-1烯效唑效果最佳。
- Abstract:
- In the relay strip intercropping system of corn-soybean, the soybean cultivar, Gongxuan 1, was used to study the effects of spraying uniconazole on soybean carbon and nitrogen metabolism, dry matter accumulation after flowering and yield. The results showed that, uniconazole had significant physiological effects to promote carbon and nitrogen metabolism of soybean plants under different nitrogen levels, which could increase the content of total sugar and nitrogen of leaf and stem before the R5 stage, decrease total sugar content at R7 stage, significantly increase the difference of percentage in total sugar content between R3 and R7 stage. The carbon nitrogen ratio of leaf between R2 and R3 stage was increased, whereas it was significantly decreased after R5 stage by spraying uniconazole. The dry matter accumulation between R3 and R7 stage, number of pods, 100-seed weight and yield were promoted by spraying uniconazole. The dry matter accumulation and yield was the highest with 60 mg?kg-1?uniconazole spraying under lower nitrogen level (0 kg?ha-1), or 30 mg?kg-1?uniconazole spraying under moderate nitrogen level (32.4 kg?ha-1), or 90 mg?kg-1?uniconazole spraying under higher nitrogen level (64.8 kg?ha-1). In combination with performances of carbon and nitrogen metabolism, dry matter accumulation and yield, the best treatment was spraying 30 mg? kg-1?uniconazole at V5 stage under moderate nitrogen level (32.4 kg?ha-1).
