- ?在自然条件下,对大豆品种黑河45分别在黑龙江省齐齐哈尔、佳木斯、绥化和黑河4个地点进行分期播种,研究不同光温生态条件对大豆生育进程、形态性状及产量相关性状的影响,并进一步探讨光温效应对大豆的影响机制,为大豆生态育种提供理论依据。结果表明:黑河45的生育进程及产量性状都受光温效应的影响。在出苗~始花期阶段,温度的升高能使生育天数缩短;始花期到成熟期温度的升高、日照的减少能使单株荚数、生育天数、单株粒数、百粒重和产量增加。在同一地点的不同播期间光温效应对产量性状的影响存在着比较差异。2008年绥化以5月23日播期的单株荚数、单株粒数和产量最高;2009年佳木斯以5月27日播期、黑河以5月11日播期的单株荚数、单株粒数和产量最高;齐齐哈尔2009年6月13日播期和2010年5月27日播期的单株荚数、单株粒数、百粒重和产量最高。
- Abstract:
- ?Temperature and light are key ecological factors affecting soybean growth. To further investigate the photo-thermal effectiveness of soybean, soybean cv. Heihe 45 was field planted in Qigihar, Suihua, Heihe and Jiamusi, Heilongjiang at varied planting dates during 2008-2010. Growth process, morphological and yield related traits were recorded. Increased temperature at VE-R1 decreased growth duration. While enhanced temperature and declined sunlight hours at R1-R8 increased growth duration, pods per plant, seeds per plant, 100-seed weight and seed yield. The effect of temperature and light on seed yield within a location varied with planting dates. Highest pods per plant, seeds per plant and seed yield in Suihua, Jiamusi and Heihe were obtained under planting date of May 23rd 2008,May 27th 2009 and May 11th 2009, respectively. For Qiqihar location, highest pods per plant, seeds per plant,100-seed weight and seed yield were obtained under planting date of June 13th 2009 and May 27th 2010, respectively.
