- 选用来自黄淮海地区不同抗旱类型(强抗、中抗、弱抗或不抗)大豆种质资源32个,在田间自然干旱条件下,对大豆种质资源的气孔特性及气孔特性与抗旱性的关系作了系统研究。结果表明: 不同抗旱类型大豆种质资源品种间气孔密度、气孔长度、单位叶面积气孔总长度存在着显著的基因型差异; 叶片气孔特性与抗旱性之间存在着一定的关联,但相关程度不显著。作物抗旱性是受基因、基因表达与生理生化性状综合调控的,是过程的集合体。
- Abstract:
- Thi rty- two di fferent drough t- resistant g ermplasm w ere used to study thestomatal cha racters a nd rela tion betw een stomata l characteri stics and droug ht resi stancein field drought conditio n. The result s show ed that there w ere sig ni ficant ly genety pedi fference amo ng g ermplasm in stomatal density ( SD) , stoma tal leng th ( SL) and totalstomatal leng th per uni t leaf area ( SD× SL ) . The stomatal characteristics w erecor related wi th the drought resistance, but no t sig nificant ly. Dro ugh t- resista nce ofcrop are cont ro lled by gene, ex press of g ene and phycho logical a nd biochemicalcha racters. Thus i t i s a combinatio n of processes.
