- 为研究生物制剂禾力素对大豆生长及对根部病害的影响,采用包衣、叶面喷施及纳米富硒包衣3种禾力素处理方式,测定了不同时期各处理对大豆植株生理活性和大豆胞囊线虫及根腐病防效的影响。结果表明:生防菌剂禾力素不同处理方式对大豆幼苗生长均有一定促进作用,可以提高大豆幼苗的生理活性,叶绿素、蛋白质、可溶性总糖含量与对照相比,种子包衣处理分别增加了1.53,0.83和0.82 mg·g-1;纳米富硒包衣处理分别增加了1.48,0.69 和0.26 mg·g-1;禾力素叶面喷施处理则分别增加1.14,0.37和0.36 mg·g-1。禾力素不同处理方式对大豆胞囊线虫病均有一定的防治效果,种子包衣处理防病效果大于纳米富硒包衣处理,大于叶面喷施,其4个生育时期的平均防效为54.77%、33.43%和25.95%。
- Abstract:
- In this experiment, the effects of biocontrol agents Helisu on SCN and Root Rot were studied by seed coating, foliar spraying and Nano-Se-rich coating. The results showed that the different treatments of biocontrol agents Helisu could promote the growth of soybean seedlings, the physiological activity, chlorophyll, protein and total soluble sugar content of soybean seedlings. The seed coating treatments increased 1.53, 0.83 and 0.82 mg·g-1 compared with the contrast.The Nano-Se-rich coating treatments increased 1.48, 0.69 and 0.26 mg·g-1, respectively. The foliar spraying treatments increased 1.14, 0.37 and 0.36 mg·g-1, respectively. All tested treatments had a certain control effect on SCN, the effect of seed coating treatment was greater than the Nano-Se-rich coating treatment, and than the foliar application. The average control effect of the four stages of seed coating was 54.77%, 33.43% and 25.95%, respectively.
