- Abstract:
- New soybean cultivar Jiyu 257 with high protein was developed by Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences by corssing of Nongda 15751 and Gongjiao 96192-4 in 2010. The results of regional trials carried out by the combination of Jilin soybean research institute and enterprises during 2018-2019 showed that its average yield was2 471.1kg?ha-1, 0.15% higher than control cultivar Hejiao 02-69, and the highest yield was2 910.4kg?ha-1.The results of production test in 2019 showed that its average yield was2 561.0kg?ha-1, 0.82% higher than control cultivar Hejiao 02-69, and the highest yield was2 983.4kg?ha-1. It had good properties of high and stable yield, high seed protein content of 43.66%. Jiyu 257 was approved by the State Crop Variety Certification Committee in 2020 and the authorized number was Jishendou 20200028.
